Help Me! My Baby Is Not Sleeping

60- to 90-Minute Consultation to Address Common Sleep Challenges

This consultation is designed for families who want to change sleep patterns, establish routines and rhythms, or work through sleep associations that are no longer serving the family well — such as rocking to sleep, breastfeeding to sleep, or bottle dependency.

This call is also perfect for addressing:

• False starts

• Early wake-ups

• Split nights

• Sleep regressions

• General sleep struggles

2-Week Sleep Coaching

Designed for Infants Between 4–5 Months and 1 Year Old

Your baby is learning and developing every day. While this stage is magical and exciting, it can also feel overwhelming — especially for first-time parents.

This plan is ideal for families who need support beyond a single consultation. Over the course of 15 days, we will work closely together to address common sleep challenges, developmental changes, routines, and infant sleep concerns through personalized guidance and ongoing support.

4-Week Sleep Coaching

Deep Support with Daily Communication for 4 Weeks

This package is recommended for moderate to more complex sleep challenges, when families need support beyond adjusting schedules or extending sleep periods.

We will take a deeper look into your family’s routines, feeding patterns, daily rhythm, caregivers, activities, environment, and any underlying factors that may be affecting sleep.

What to Really Expect with a Newborn

Designed for Expecting Parents

or Families with Newborns

(First 3–4 Weeks)

An African proverb says, “It takes a village to raise a child.” Allow Parenting Touch to become part of your village from the very beginning.

Many parents enter parenthood without truly knowing what to expect. Books and doctors are incredible sources of information (myself included), but when you leave the hospital with your baby and suddenly realize how much responsibility comes with caring for a newborn, support becomes essential.

This consultation is designed

to help you:

  • Connect with your instincts

  • Talk openly about your fears and expectations

  • Better understand newborn behavior and needs

  • Feel more confident and supported during the transition into parenthood
