It is well known that most people get into parenthood without any preparation. Sure, books and doctors are great font of information (myself included), but when you see yourself leaving the hospital with a baby and no idea how to keep it alive you will need support. This plan is to help you to connect to your instincts, talk freely about your fears and expectations.
